A supporter of the CPN (Maoist Centre) manhandled the ward chairman of Soru Village Council in Mugu on Thursday.
Police said Man Prasad Bhatta sustained injures on his head. Bhatta is receiving treatment at District Hospital.
Police have arrested Nabaraj Bhatta, an activist of the Maoist Centre. (PR)
