A person died and 15 others have been taken ill after consuming toxic mushroom at Rampur Municipality-3 in Palpa.
Tek Bahadur Malla, 52, died during treatment at Rampur Hospital on Sunday while 15 others, including Malla’s wife Sobha, are being treated in various hospitals.
Five are said to be in critical conditions. (PR)
