A fire at Dhmbojhi Chowk in Nepalgunj destroyed two stores and a hotel on Sunday. It took nearly two hours for three fire engines, police personnel and the locals to contain the fire.

Properties worth an estimated Rs 10 million were gutted in the inferno while an officer suffered burn injuries trying to put it out. (PR)
