Two motorcycles were set ablaze during a clash that broke out between the ruling Nepali Congress and the main opposition CPN-UML cadres at Neptechour in Beni Municiplaity-9 of Myagdi district on Friday night.
Two motorcycles (Na 45 Pa 1697 and Dha 1 Pa 2476) were completely damaged in the incident, according to the District Police Office, Myagdi.
Similarly, the Ichchhya Women Saving and Credit Cooperatives was vandalised in the incident.
DSP Basundhara Khadka said that a home-made pistol was recovered from the incident site.
Police said that Rabi Karki had kept the home-made pistol for personal security after taking permission from the District Police Office. RSS
