Two persons were electrocuted in Dhungeadda of Chandragiri Municipality-15 in the Capital on Thursday.
The deceased have been identified as Narjung Shahi and Narayan Raut of Nagarpur-3, Mugu district.
The incident occurred during a soil test carried out for a bridge construction site in Balkhukhola.
The duo were electrocuted when a soil-test machine accidentally touched a naked electric wire.
Police said that they breathed their last during the course of treatment at the Sahid Memorial Hospital in Kalanki.
Manchan Shahi was injured in the incident and is undergoing treatment at the same health facility. RSS
