The CPN (Maoist Center) has decided to take initiatives and implement the agreements reached with the Madhesi Morcha.

PM's secretariat informed the central office meeting of the party on Sunday morning also endorsed the agreements reached with the Morcha. PM Dahal, also chairman of the party, briefed about the agreements reached with the agitating alliance of Madhesi parties.

PM Dahal directed his party leaders to immediately begin preparations for the election. Government has decided to hold local bodies election in two phases after agreement with Madhesi Morcha. The first round of election will be held on May 14 while the second round on June 14.
