A Nepali national has been murdered on a sugarcane field in Uganda's town of Kamuli over workers dispute.
Chairman of NRN Uganda Ramesh Kandel informed Sitaram Budathoki, 32, of Salma VDC in Bhojpur was killed when he came under the attack of local sugarcane workers. Budathoki was working as a supervisor of the sugarcane field.
Kandel informed Budathoki was the only Nepali worker in the sugarcane field. The field is some four hours drive from capital Kampala.
