Police on Wednesday arrested a woman for allegedly running an illegal Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) from a house at Gokarneshwor Municipality-5.
The suspect has been identified as Anupa Khatiwada, 24, of Sadaktole, Nijgadh Municipality, Bara.
Police said that they have seized GSM Gateway device of a 64-port, a router, a laptop, a mobile phone and a pen drive from the house.
Police said that they are looking into the case.
