Four persons died and two others injured in a jeep accident at Thulobheri Municipality-9 in Dolpa district on Tuesday.

The vehicle (Bhe 1 Cha 1251) swerved off the road and fell some 150 metres below at around noon.

Police identified the deceased as driver Buddha Singh Kathayat of Dailekh, Lokendra Shahi and Soni Rokaya of Thulobheri and Dharmalal Budha of Tripurasundari in Dolpa.

The injured are receiving treatment in Dunai, the district headquarters of Dolpa.
