Property worth around Rs 390,000 was stolen from a house at Ranibari, KMC-29 on Thursday.
According to complaint lodged with police, unidentified thieves barged into the house of Kumal Ahamad after breaking the padlock of the main door and made off with 120,000 in cash and various gold ornaments.
Police said that they are looking into the case.
