Property worth around Rs 300,000 was reduced to ashes when a fire broke out at a carpet factory in Dakshindhoka of Gokarneshwor Municipality-7 on Tuesday.
The fire broke out at the factory owned by Gopal Basnet, police informed.
The cause behind the fire was cooking gas leakage.
Police said that they are looking into the case.
