Naya Shakti Nepal has expelled four of its Central Council members for their “involvement in actions that were against the party’s interests and values”.
Issuing a press statement on Monday, Spokesperson of Naya Shakti Khimlal Devkota said the party’s special political committee meeting decided to expel Nirmal Bhattarai, Chandradev Ojha, Hariram Rimal and Mohan Bam. Devkota said that the party expelled the leaders for conduct against the interests and values of the party and refusal to furnish clarification.
