Bhaktapur
Chairman of the Nepal Workers and Peasants Party (NWPP), Narayan Man Bijukchhe has said that election and constitution amendment process cannot go side by side.
Speaking at a programme organised by Rafat Sanchar Club on Sunday, Chairman Bijukchhe suggested that discussion on constitution amendment process can be done after the local polls are held.
Likewise during the programme, Chairman Bijukchhe drew the attention of the Election Commission towards major parties of not following the election code of conduct.
Similarly, the NWPP Chairman said that Rastriya Prajatantra Party's warning of quitting the government even by misusing the power was wrong as it affects EC's free and fair activities. RSS
