Polio vaccine administration programme in Kailali district has been obstructed due to protest of health workers.

The immunisation programme is taking place today and tomorrow.

Public health office supervisor Pradip Joshi shared that the programme was obstructed after the vaccines and devices did arrive on time.

As many as 116,846 children aged below five years in the district were affected with the obstruction.

The campaign is underway in 15 districts across the nation. RSS
