A woman died after a buffalo attacked her at Aurahi Pipra-1 of Siraha district on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as Musarnidevi Sah, 65, of the district.

Critically injured in the incident, Sah breathed her last while being rushed to a hospital, police informed.

Similarly, Anita Chaudhary, 40, was injured in the incident.

Police said that she is receiving treatment at the Friend’s Model Hospital in Lahan.
