A cyclist died after being hit by a minibus at Bharatpur in Chitwan on Wednesday.
The deceased has been identified as Ram Bahadur Bayalkoti, 52, of Bharatpur Sub-Metropolis-21.
Critically injured in the incident, Bayalkoti breathed his last during the course of treatment at the Bharatpur Hospital, police informed.
The minibus (Ba 3 Kha 2274) heading towards Narayangadh hit him yesterday evening.
Police said that they have impounded the vehicle and arrested its driver for investigation.
