A total of 31 political parties have submitted their details to take part in the upcoming local level elections.

As per the directive of the Election Commission to submit the details of the political parties, details have so far been received from 31 parties in the district, Said District Election Office sources.

According to district election officer, Gopal Acharya, 13,803 new voters were enlisted during a month-long campaign of registering new voters.
