An eight-month-old baby died of diarrhoea while receiving treatment at the district hospital on Wednesday night. The hospital said Jesan Magar, the son of Janamaya and Sanjaya Magar of Arkhauleji-pur-7, died while undergoing treatment. The infant was brought to the  hospital on Wednesday after his treatment was not possible at Jitpur Heath Centre. The child died of dehydration, said Dr Madan Kumar Upadhyay. (PR)
