CK Raut, a “free Madhes” campaigner, was arrested on Thursday in Janakpur, Dhanusha. A police team arrested Raut from his rented apartment in Machha Bazaar, Janakpur-4, at around 3:30pm. He was sent to Siraha after his arrest. “We arrested Raut as per the request from Siraha police,” said Dhanusha SP Lalmani Acharya. (PR)
