A man has set his wife on fire over mutual disputes in Nepalgunj-12, Banke on Thursday.

Sunita Khatik has suffered severe burn injuries after she was set on fire by her husband Rajendra Khatik with a tuki (a traditional kerosene lamp).

Sunita is undergoing treatment at Bheri Zonal Hospital.

It has been said that the couple had a fight on Wednesday night.
