Chinese delegation meets Maoist Centre leaders

The Chinese team arrived in Kathmandu to attend a two-day Nepal China Think Tank Conference that concluded on Wednesday.
According to Yubaraj Chaulagain, secretary of the international department of the Maoist Centre, the meeting focused on Nepal-China relations, China’s one-belt-one-road initiative, world politics and experience of socialism in practice among others.
Senior Maoist Centre leader Narayan Kaji Shrestha, who heads the party’s international department, said the three tier relationship between Nepal and China—government to government, party to party and people to people—has always been excellent and that its dimensions are set to new heights in future.
Cui Guitian, director of the Institute of Contemporary Socialism of Sandong University, and Chen Xiaochen, deputy director General of Department of International Studies of Ranmin University among others were in the Chinese team.
