Kathmandu
National Reconstruction Authority (NRA) has pledged to address as many as 87,000 grievances received from the quake-survivors across the country.
According to NRA Secretary Sanjaya Sharma, the Authority which has received around 200,000 complaints from quake-hit persons will look into the 87,000 complaints to begin with.
Secretary Sharma said so at a programme organised by the National Elections Observer Committee here on Friday.
The Committee which conducted research among 2,000 people in three of the 14 hardest-hit districts- Dolakha, Gorkha and Sindhupalchowk- mentions in its report that the quake-hit locals in these districts were not satisfied with the financial, legal and technical support of the Authority. RSS
