Sadbhawana party chair Rajendra Mahato has opined for not holding any kinds of elections before the amendment of the constitution.
In a press meet organized by the Press Forum Saptari on Tuesday, he said that the constitution should be implemented to strengthen the democracy but it was impossible before its amendment.
He further claimed that the Madhesi people's agendas could not be addressed by amending the constitution. RSS
