Police are treating the death of a woman at a school in Duhabi Bhaluwa-4, Sunsari, as a murder and have arrested two suspects.
Pabitra Bista, 35, was found with her throat slit in her room on Thursday morning.
She had been working as a cook for the school headmaster and his family for the last two years.
Police Inspector Shiva Pokharel said the school headmaster and one of the school’s driving staff were being held for questioning. Bista’s body was sent to Dharan for postmortem.
