The three-member probe committee met with Chief District Officer of Dolakha Pushpa Raj Shahi and witnesses to inquire about the incident on Friday.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of Home Affairs has recalled Assistant Chief District Officer Aulakh Bahadur Ale and Deputy Superintendent of Police Rabin Karki to Kathmandu after they were also embroiled in the incident.
The protesting hospital staff have claimed that their doctors were humiliated in presence of police and officials from the District Administration Office.
Charikot Hospital is shut in protest since Wednesday.
