Four-faced Shiva idol found at Bhaktapur
A four-faced lord Shiva idol has been retrieved from the premises of Chwanga Ganesh Temple at Sallaghari-17 in Bhaktapur district on Sunday.

A four-faced lord Shiva idol has been retrieved from the premises of Chwanga Ganesh Temple at Sallaghari-17 in Bhaktapur district on Sunday.
Police said the idol was found buried under a tree at northern part of the temple. It was wrapped by a yellow cloth, DSP Shekhar Khanal of Metropolitan Police Circle Bhaktapur said. The idol weighs around 25 kg and measures 1.6 ft.
The police is carrying investigation to identify the original location of the idol.
DSP Khanal suspects that the idol was stolen from temple destroy by the earthquake last year.
