Parsa
Two hundred and two pillars have been built along the Nepal-India border in Parsa recently. A Nepal-India joint survey team reconstructed the border pillars that were lost.
Construction works, however, have stopped due to rains. One official seeking anonymity said the remaining works would be over after October. The team has constructed 195 minor, three subsidiary and four main pillars so far. The team also repaired 191 pillars.
Out of the total 1,059 border pillars, only 879 were found during the survey.
According to Nepali authorities, 180 pillars remain to be set up in the district
