Kathmandu
The police on Tuesday made public additional two persons on charge of trafficking 27 women to New Delhi.
The team of police from Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) arrested Sanu Lama aka BK, 34 of Kavre and Dan Bahadur Chettri, 38, of Kapilvastu who were en-route to traffic Nepalese women to gulf countries including Dubai and Kuwait.
The twenty-seven girls were rescued from New Delhi following their arrest from Mahilpalpur by Indian security agencies in July last year and later repatriated to Nepal.
The CIB has already arrested Sujil Rai of Khotang and Raj Babu Shrestha of Mohattari on charges of trafficking women. Both are doing their time in judicial custody.
