Inaugurating the 6th central general assembly of civil servants union here in Bharatpur on Sunday, PM Koirala directed the civil employees to make the people feel the change and improvement in governance.

Koirala said the civil servants should promptly do the work of service seekers without much delay. "Deal with the people politely and give them good advice, civil servants are the major representatives of government dealing with the people," said the prime minister.
