Nepal reports 38 new Covid-19 cases
According to the ministry, 986,547 infected people have recovered from the disease so far. The number of active cases stands at 1,122.Post Report
Nepal on Wednesday reported 31 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 999,687.
Similarly, seven people tested positive in a total of 1,534 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Wednesday, 5,935,395 PCR and 1,417,326 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 1,284 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country reported one Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 12,018 since the pandemic began.
According to the ministry, 986,547 infected people have recovered from the disease so far; 52 of them in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases stands at 1,122.
In the past 24 hours, five new infections were reported in Province 1, 20 in Bagmati, three in Gandaki, two in Lumbini and one in Sudurpaschim.
Nepal on Tuesday reported 42 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases. Similarly, 39 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded on Monday and 40 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were reported on Sunday.
