Nepal reports 51 new Covid-19 cases
According to the ministry, 986,335 infected people have recovered from the disease so far. The number of active cases stands at 1,223.Post Report
Nepal on Sunday reported 40 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 999,575.
Similarly, 11 people tested positive in a total of 1,818 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Sunday, 5,931,557 PCR and 1,411,893 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 1,206 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country did not report any Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 12,017 since the pandemic began.

In the past 24 hours, two new infections were reported in Province 1, 28 in Bagmati, four in Gandaki, two in Lumbini and four in Sudurpaschim.
Nepal on Saturday reported 29 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and one death. Similarly, 53 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded on Friday and 59 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were reported on Thursday.
