Nepal reports 76 new Covid-19 cases
According to the ministry, 986,119 infected people have recovered from the disease so far. The number of active cases stands at 1,371.Post Report
Nepal on Friday reported 53 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 999,506.
Similarly, 23 people tested positive in a total of 2,239 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Friday, 5,929,117 PCR and 1,407,183 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 1,830 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country did not report any Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 12,016 since the pandemic began.
According to the ministry, 986,119 infected people have recovered from the disease so far; 87 of them in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases stands at 1,371.
In the past 24 hours, four new infections were reported in Province 1, 44 in Bagmati, two in Gandaki, two in Lumbini and one in Sudurpaschim.
Nepal on Thursday reported 59 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases. Similarly, 39 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded on Wednesday and 39 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were reported on Tuesday.
