Nepal reports 66 new Covid-19 cases
According to the ministry, 986,032 infected people have recovered from the disease so far. The number of active cases stands at 1,405.Post Report
Nepal on Thursday reported 59 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 999,453.
Similarly, seven people tested positive in a total of 2,072 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Thursday, 5,927,287 PCR and 1,404,944 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 1,190 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country did not report any Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 12,016 since the pandemic began.
According to the ministry, 986,032 infected people have recovered from the disease so far; 137 of them in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases stands at 1,405.
In the past 24 hours, four new infections were reported in Province 1, 44 in Bagmati, four in Gandaki, two in Lumbini and five in Sudurpaschim.
Nepal on Wednesday reported 39 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases. Similarly, 39 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded on Tuesday and 75 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were reported on Monday.
