Nepal reports 74 new Covid-19 cases
According to the ministry, 986,235 infected people have recovered from the disease so far. The number of active cases stands at 1,283.Post Report
Nepal on Saturday reported 29 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 999,535.
Similarly, 45 people tested positive in a total of 2,892 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Saturday, 5,930,351 PCR and 1,410,075 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 1,234 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country reported one Covid-19 related death in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 12,017 since the pandemic began.
According to the ministry, 986,235 infected people have recovered from the disease so far; 116 of them in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases stands at 1,283.
In the past 24 hours, four new infections were reported in Province 1, one in Madhesh, 18 in Bagmati, four in Gandaki, one in Lumbini and one in Sudurpaschim.
Nepal on Friday reported 53 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases. Similarly, 59 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were recorded on Thursday and 39 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were reported on Wednesday.
