Nepal reports 152 new Covid-19 cases
According to the ministry, 984,082 infected people have recovered from the disease so far. The number of active cases stands at 2,448.Post Report
Nepal on Friday reported 110 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 998,542.
Similarly, 42 people tested positive in a total of 2,108 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Friday, 5,905,059 PCR and 1,377,353 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 1,186 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country reported two Covid-19 related deaths in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 12,012 since the pandemic began.
According to the ministry, 984,082 infected people have recovered from the disease so far; 133 of them in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases stands at 2,448.
In the past 24 hours, nine new infections were reported in Province 1, two in Madhesh Province, 78 in Bagmati, 13 in Gandaki, three in Lumbini and five in Sudurpaschim.
Nepal on Thursday reported 137 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and one death. Similarly, 128 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and two deaths were recorded on Wednesday and 177 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were reported on Tuesday.
