Nepal reports 200 new Covid-19 cases
According to the ministry, 983,103 infected people have recovered from the disease so far. The number of active cases stands at 2,642.Post Report
Nepal on Saturday reported 92 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 997,752.
Similarly, 108 people tested positive in a total of 2,156 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Saturday, 5,894,911 PCR and 1,363,640 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 1,381 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country reported two Covid-19 related deaths in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 12,007 since the pandemic began.
According to the ministry, 983,103 infected people have recovered from the disease so far; 339 of them in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases stands at 2,642.
In the past 24 hours, five new infections were reported in Province 1, five in Madhesh Province, 63 in Bagmati, eight in Gandaki, four in Lumbini, two in Karnali and five in Sudurpaschim.
Nepal on Friday reported 134 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and three deaths. Similarly, 180 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and one death were recorded on Thursday and 224 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were reported on Wednesday.
