Nepal reports 206 new Covid-19 cases
According to the ministry, 982,764 infected people have recovered from the disease so far. The number of active cases stands at 2,891.Post Report
Nepal on Friday reported 134 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours taking the nationwide infection tally to 997,660.
Similarly, 72 people tested positive in a total of 1,274 antigen tests, according to the Health Ministry.
As of Friday, 5,893,530 PCR and 1,361,484 antigen tests have been carried out across the country.
A total of 1,595 PCR tests were performed in the past 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry.
The country reported three Covid-19 related deaths in the last 24 hours, according to the Health Ministry. The countrywide death toll has reached 12,005 since the pandemic began.
According to the ministry, 982,764 infected people have recovered from the disease so far; 398 of them in the last 24 hours. The number of active cases stands at 2,891.
In the past 24 hours, 13 new infections were reported in Province 1, four in Madhesh Province, 93 in Bagmati, 14 in Gandaki, four in Lumbini and six in Sudurpaschim.
Nepal on Thursday reported 180 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and one death. Similarly, 224 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases and one death were recorded on Wednesday and 143 new PCR confirmed coronavirus cases were reported on Tuesday.
