Five missing after landslide sweeps away house, farm in Gorkha
Two others buried by landslide rescued, locals say.

A total of five people have gone missing in a landslide that occurred in ward 5 of Dharche Rural Municipality in Gorkha district on Sunday.
A landslide triggered by heavy rainfall swept away an agricultural farm and a house. Neighbours said five people, including three family members of the farm owner Jit Bahadur Gurung, are missing.
Local Tul Gurung said two others buried by the landslide were rescued.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Ramesh Kumar Shrestha of the District Police Office, Gorkha, confirmed that a farm and a house were swept away by the landslide. He said police teams have been dispatched from the Barpak and Machakhola police posts to the scene.
The police said details are awaited.
