Veg Dim sums

This starter is an instant flavourful hit. The dim sums are prepared with a filling that is a mixture of asparagus, water chestnuts, steamed carrot and potato starch. It is served with various specialised condiments like soy sauce and chilli sauce. Spiced cashew nuts and sesame-seasoned walnuts are also offered as complimentary snacks.
The fresh fillings provide a delicious, crunchy sensation from the first bite, but adding the chilli sauce is what makes the aftertaste extra special. Served steaming hot, the dim sums serve as the perfect conversation food, eaten best slowly and while savouring all the different flavours in the filling. The dough is a bit on the chewier side, but the filling compensates for it. Additionally, the complimentary snacks are sweet, crunchy and go best with some hot tea.
Chicken Roulade
European Section
Price: Rs2,155
This dish is plentiful and creamy. The chicken is pan-fried with a hint of crunchiness. It is filled with ricotta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. The cheese has a strong taste. While the chicken can be pretty chewy, the mushroom sauce balances the taste. The sauteed mushroom pieces placed at the side also go well with the chicken, adding a fresh, juicy element. The carrot and beetroot puree also add an extra flavour to the chicken. The most delightful aspect of this dish is definitely the plating, as it is majestic and appetising at first glance itself.
Paneer Tikka
North Indian Section

The next dish is a North Indian classic. The paneer is stuffed with finely cut cashews, and covered with a healthy seasoning of tikka masala. The cashew stuffing can take you by surprise, and the dish is sure to leave you fulfilled. The paneer tastes best with the fruitiness of the pineapple chutney, although one can also enjoy it with mint and tomato chutneys. The entire dish will remind you of a fulfilling afternoon brunch at home.
