Nepal post 163-run target against UAE

Nepal have posted a target of 163 runs against the United Arab Emirates in the final match of the Nepal Tri-Nation T20I Series being held at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur on Friday.
Sent to bat first after losing the toss, opener Kushal Bhurtel cracked a half-century as the hosts put 162 runs on the scoreboard, losing eight wickets in the stipulated 20 overs. Bhurtel smashed six hits to the fences and three sixes scoring 50 runs in his 29-knock play before being bowled out by Zahoor Khan in 7.3 overs.
The Rhinos, however, lost another opener Aasif Sheikh and Kushal Malla cheaply for a 12-ball 7 and 2-ball 1 respectively. Sheikh was dismissed by Aayan Afzal Khan in 4.6 overs while Malla was bowled out in 6.4 overs.
Captain Rohit Paudel was next to go as he was caught by Aryansh Sharma off Ali Naseer in 12.1 overs. Paudel contributed 18 runs off 17 balls.
Likewise, Dipendra Singh Airee smashed a boundary and a six as he put 20 runs facing 15 deliveries. Airee was also dismissed by Naseer in 12.4 overs.
Sundeep Jora contributed 10 runs while Gulsan Jha also managed to put up five runs before they were caught by Muhammd Waseem in 15.1 and 16.1 overs respectively.
Similalry, Karan KC smashed two hits to the boundaries and a six to score an unbeaten 20 runs in his 17-knock play.
For the visitors, Aayan Afzal Khan collected three Nepali scalps while Ali Naseer and Zahoor Khan also managed to take two wickets each. Junaid Siddique also dismissed one batter.
