The annual festival, which was first held in 2012, is organised with the primary objective of providing a platform  to students from various institutes to share ideas, interests and indulge in activities that foster friendship, team spirit and leadership skills.

More than 4,000 admissions by visitors were recorded in last year’s event, and this year around, the organisers aim to raise the number to 5,000.

Stalls that offer both local and continental dishes and exciting games including pain-ball, piniata hitting, basketball and bingo will be featured this year. Popular acts Cobweb and Kutumba will be performing alongside in-house bands from GIHE.

The proceeds from the event will be given to charity. The student council of GIHE plan on helping Orphan Home, Sainbu, and Old Age Home, Pashupati.
