EKTA Books, Thapathali is set to host a book signing event featuring the award-winning author behind the acclaimed new book ‘Mother Mary Comes to Me’ on December 7. The event will take place at the bookstore’s premises.

‘Mother Mary Comes to Me’ was recently named one of the best books of the year by The New York Times Book Review.

The author, considered one of the most influential contemporary literary figures, will meet readers and sign copies of her latest work. EKTA Books emphasised that the event is strictly a book signing session, and attendees are expected to follow the guidelines published on the bookstore’s social media pages.

“As of now, we are preparing our bookstore to accommodate around 100 customers for the book signing. Since this is strictly a book signing event, we request that all attendees follow the guidelines announced on our social media handles. Registration is free of charge, but all available slots have already been fully booked,” says Muskan Rai, digital marketing officer at EKTA Books.

The programme is expected to draw readers, students and literature enthusiasts from across the Valley.
