Katha Ghera resumes staging of ‘Kaali Paar’
After a brief pause, the one-act production that explores the political decisions made during a war returns to the theatre.
Post Report
Katha Ghera Production (Kausi Theatre) has resumed staging its historic play ‘Kaali Paar’ after a week’s interval, showing solidarity with the Gen Z movement.
The play, which explores the political decisions made during a great war and the prevailing hunger for power, is once again set to capture the audience’s attention.
Arjun Niroula, manager of Katha Ghera Production, says, “We originally scheduled the show to run from 28 August to 20 September. However, because of the protests and the curfew, we felt the play did not reach its targeted audience. Since a few days remain, we decided to resume the performance and ensure it reaches the target audience. In addition, there are now double shows on Saturdays. The play, therefore, runs again from 17 to 20 September.”
‘Kaali Paar’ is a one-act play being staged for only four days, from September 17 to 20.
