Post Report
Career and growth conclave, ‘Nepal Ma Future Cha?’, is set to take place on September 6, 2025, at Hotel Yak & Yeti in Kathmandu. Organised by Hivelaya, this event aims to address pressing questions about career advancement, entrepreneurship, and professional opportunities within Nepal.
Bringing together over 3,000 professionals, the conclave offers attendees the chance to engage in meaningful conversations with 20 prominent leaders from various sectors. Participants will also get to attend three interactive workshops: ‘Kickstart Your Career’ by ICF Certified Trainer Yashashwi Surana, ‘Lead with Intention’ by Gaurav Sitaula, founder of Meditate Nepal, and ‘Personal Branding & Leadership’ by Samparka Sachdeva, India’s leadership trainer and LinkedIn Top Voice, all from 11:00 am to 5:30 pm.
The conclave also features a ‘Startup Hall’ to connect with innovators, a ‘Career Corner’ offering real-time resume reviews and career counselling, and networking opportunities designed to foster meaningful professional connections. Attendees will also get the chance to meet the HRS of many companies and marketing teams face-to-face.
Pranayna KC, CEO and co-founder of Hivelaya, said, “This event is about hope and optimism. Everyone keeps asking ‘Nepal ma future cha?’ but the question has become too common, almost cynical.” She added that the conclave highlights Nepal’s innovation and talent, showing viable paths for growth at home and encouraging professionals and entrepreneurs to explore their options and make informed career decisions.
Tickets are priced at Rs1,000 and can be booked through the Khalti app, with early registration encouraged due to limited seats.
