Chimney, Hotel Yak & Yeti’s fine-dining restaurant, hosted an exclusive ‘French Wine & Dine’ evening on Tuesday. The event offered guests a culinary journey infused with elegance and sophistication.
The evening showcased a six-course French menu curated by Sous Chef Rajiv Sapkota and his team at Chimney. Each dish was paired with exclusive French wines, complemented by a curated spread of premium French cheeses that enhanced the overall tasting experience.
Adding to the event’s allure, French sommelier Jonathan Dahan guided diners through the wine presentation. His interesting stories behind each selection elevated the evening into an immersive cultural experience.
