Boju Bajai podcast is organising ‘All Ears’, the first podcast festival of its kind, virtually via Zoom on April 9 and 10.
The two-day festival, supported and funded by Splice Media, will have 10 sessions (from 10 am to 6pm). It will also bring together a host of international pocasters from the Philippines, Australia, Myanmar, the United States of America, and Nepal.
Some of the notable speakers in the festival are award-winning journalist Molly Webster, who will share her insights on podcasts as a journalistic tool; CEO of PumaPodcast, Carl Javier, who will share his knowledge of building businesses around audio medium; and popular radio jockey Sabeena Karki of Sabscast, who will share her experience of building a large community of listeners.
The organisers aiming to create a learning and engaging space will also host two workshops on April 10 which will be facilitated by Bhrikuti Rai and Itisha Giri of Boju Bajai podcast along with music producer Rajan Shrestha (aka Phatcowlee).
