The Meteorological Forecasting Division has predicted partly to generally cloudy conditions across Nepal’s hilly and mountainous regions for Tuesday.

In Koshi, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Karnali provinces, light snowfall is likely at one or two places in the highlands during both day and night. Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and light to moderate rain are expected at a few hilly locations in these provinces.

Lumbini and Sudurpaschim provinces may see light rain with thunder and lightning in one or two hilly areas during the day, while the weather is expected to improve at night.

Madhesh Province is likely to experience mostly fair weather throughout the day and night, while Tarai areas across provinces will generally remain partly cloudy to mostly clear.
