Aryal re-elected NSJF Palpa president
The general assembly of the Coordination Committee held on Friday elected Aryal, a journalist associated with Kantipur Publications, unopposed for a second term.

Madhav Aryal has been re-elected Palpa Coordination Committee president of Nepal Sports Journalists Forum (NSJF), the umbrella organisation of sports journalists across the country.
The general assembly of the Coordination Committee held on Friday elected Aryal, a journalist associated with Kantipur Publications, unopposed for a second term. Dev Pachabhaiya (vice president), Bijay Baudel (secretary), Kamal Adhikari (treasurer), and Durgesh Malla (joint secretary) were all elected unopposed for a three-year term.
Krishna Karki, Bishnu Khanal and Dayaraj Neupane were elected members. The newly-elected committee will nominate a member.
After retaining the presidential post, Aryal said that the committee would initiate sports journalism training and sports award in the near future apart from initiating other creative works to enhance the skills of sports journalists.
NSJF central executive member Prajeet Shakya stressed the need for technical knowledge and on-field reporting for a better reporting of the game.
The event was also attended by Palpa Federation of Nepali Journalists president Rekhi Ram Rana and Palpa Sports Development Committee’s acting president Deepak Ghimire.
