Cyclist dies after being hit by motorcycle

A 50-year-old man died in a road accident at Sanda of Ramgram Municipality, Ward 1. The victim, Luvkush Chaudhari, was riding a bicycle when he was struck by a motorcycle traveling from Sunwal towards Parasi.
According to Deputy Superintendent of Police Birdatta Panta of the Parasi District Police Office, Chaudhari was rushed to the Parasi District Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.
The motorcyclist, Laxman Sapkota and pillion rider Amrit Bhujel were also injured in the accident and are undergoing treatment at the district hospital, police said.
