Palpa
A 75-year-old man died in a scooter accident on a rural dirt road in ward 3 of Rampur Municipality, Palpa district, on Sunday.
According to police, Padam Bahadur Thada Magar from ward 3 of the municipality died after the scooter he was riding overturned while travelling from Lamtang to Oirighat in Rampur.
The scooter reportedly lost control and flipped on the dirt road.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Sunil Mall, the spokesperson for the District Police Office, Palpa, said Thada Magar was rushed to Rampur Hospital after the crash, where he was declared dead by doctors.
Police Post Keladi and the Area Police Office Rampur are investigating the incident further.
